This page serves as a central location for all of the signs and posters approved and endorsed by Campus Safety & Security. These materials are for the use of BYUH faculty/staff and are free for use without modification. Departments are free to print these materials at Print Services on Print Shop Pro. If the signs below do not fit your department's specific needs, please use the materials published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which are free to use without modification.

  • These floor signs are available for use to assist departments to remind patrons to stay 6 ft apart in the room. You may order these at Print Services on Print Shop Pro.

  • These 8.5" x 11" flyers can be posted on the wall and mirrors in the bathroom. You may order these at Print Services on Print Shop Pro.

    A flyer on the bathroom wall that instructs people to wet, lather, scrub, rinse, and dry. Flyer says "Spread the word, don't spread germs! Wash your hands! Wet, Lather, Scrub for at lest 20 seconds, Rinse, Dry. Wash your hands frequently & refrain from touching your face."

  • These 11" x 17" signs are required to be posted at the entrance of open businesses per Mayor Caldwell's most recent order. You may order these at Print Services on Print Shop Pro.

    Business Entrance Sign which says "NOTICE. Effective beginning May 14, 2020. Do NOT enter if you: don't have a facemask, have a cough or fever, don't feel well. All employees and customers must comply and maintain a six-foot distance from one another. Do not shake hands or engage in unnecessary physical contact."

  • These 11" x 17" flyers can be posted inside the workplace to inform staff of best practices. You may order these at Print Services on Print Shop Pro.

    Covid-19 Workplace Guidance Poster which says "COVID-19 Workplace Guidance. Face Coverings. Always wear a mask while interacting with visitors/customers.  Maintain Physical Distancing. Maintain at least six feet (two meters) distance between yourself and others. Wash your hands. Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds. Use Hand Sanitizer. Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based sanitizer. Disinfect High-Touched Surfaces and Objects. Use soap and disinfectant solution to clean workplace surfaces often. Cover Coughs and Sneezes. Use tissue or inside elbow to cover your face when sneezing or coughing."
